What types of junk do you remove?
We remove a wide range of junk including furniture, appliances, electronics, construction debris, and more. There are a few items we do not take including tires, paint, oils, and automotive fluids.
How does the process work?
First, contact us or book online. We will come out for an in-person consultaion. At this appointment, we will get you a quote and schedule for the cleanout. Once the process is completed we will either do an in-person or video walkthrough to make sure we got everything right. Once that is done, we collect payment. It is all super simple!
How much does a cleanout cost?
Our pricing is straightforward. It is determined by the amount of space the junk takes up in the trailer. Distance and weight also play a factor, meaning if it is far from the truck or super heavy, it will cost a little extra. Upcharges for hazardous (bugs, super gross trash, hoarder situations) may be upcharges.
What payment forms do you accept?
We can take payments using Zelle, card (3% transaction fee), cash, and check.
Are you licensed & insured?
Yes, Minutemen Junk Removal (Arizona Property Solutions) is a fully licensed & insured company.
Do you offer same day or next day service?
Yes, we offer same-day service for many of our customers. Contact us as early as possible in the day to schedule a same-day appointment for a quote. Keep in mind we may have a very busy schedule before we can get to you.
Where do you guys service?
We service the entire valley of Phoenix, Arizona. This includes Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe and surrounding cities. Please refer to our "Service Area" page.
